You can use Plyrium with zero setup, but each connection unlocks more of what the AI can do. Here's the order we recommend:
- 1Set your timezone + business name
Settings → General. These two fields drive everything downstream - timezone controls what time reports say, business name shows up on every email and the receptionist's greeting.
- 2Set your business hours
Settings → Business hours (its own page, separate from General). The receptionist refers callers to your hours when booking, and smart-slot anchors availability windows to what you set here.
- 3Connect Google Calendar
Integrations → Google Calendar. Once connected, every booking the receptionist takes lands directly on your calendar - no double-booking.
- 4Connect Google Business Profile
Integrations → Google Business Profile. Unlocks GBP posts, review reply drafts, and the local-SEO bits of your plan.
- 5Add your business URLs
Integrations → Yelp + Facebook URLs (and your website). Reviews start scraping nightly, and the AI drafts replies for any rating ≤ your threshold.
- 6Connect Stripe (optional but recommended)
Integrations → Stripe Payments. Customers pay invoices online; money lands in your bank, no Plyrium fee on top.
- 7Set invoice + tax defaults
Settings → Invoicing. Default tax rate, due days, branding, and email subject - applied to every new invoice + quote.
- 8Add your team
Team. Invite teammates with the right role (owner / dispatcher / billing / tech / viewer).
If your plan includes Voice, your AI receptionist is live the moment your number forwards to us - no setup required on your end. The other items just make her smarter and the rest of the portal more useful.
