Growth Audit - find where you're leaking leads

Plyrium scans your website, GBP, reviews, and 3 nearest competitors and produces a scored PDF with the top 10 fixes ranked by revenue impact. Auto-runs on signup + monthly thereafter.

Updated 2026-05-03

The Growth Audit is a structured analysis of your contractor business across 7 categories. Plyrium fetches your website, looks up your Google Business Profile via the Places API, pulls your 3 nearest same-trade competitors, and runs the whole package through Claude. About 2 minutes later you get a scored PDF + an interactive report inside the portal where each finding has a 'Fix with Plyrium' button.

Running an audit

  1. 1
    Open /portal/growth-audit

Sidebar → Marketing → Growth Audit. The list view shows past audits with their composite scores; the right side has the new-audit form.

  2. 2
Drop in your URL + city/state

Business name is optional but helps with the GBP / competitor lookup. Workspace limit: 5 audits per 24 hours.

  3. 3
    Wait ~2 minutes

The audit runs in the background. The detail page polls automatically and refreshes when it finishes - no need to keep clicking refresh.

  4. 4
    Work the action plan

Findings are ranked 1-10 by revenue impact. Each has a 'Fix with Plyrium' button that deep-links straight to the feature that fixes it (AI receptionist, review request campaign, GBP posting, etc).

Automatic audits - signup + monthly

When you set your business website during onboarding, Plyrium auto-queues your first Growth Audit immediately. By the time you finish exploring the dashboard, your score is waiting on /portal/growth-audit.

After that, the Monthly Growth Audit cron re-runs the audit on the 1st of each month at 06:00 UTC for every workspace that has it enabled. Email lands the same day with the new score + diff vs last month. The sparkline on the list page builds over time so you can watch the score climb as you ship the fixes.

Toggle off if you want

The big switch at the top of /portal/growth-audit disables monthly audits. Manual audits via the form on the right keep working - only the automatic monthly run is gated. Useful if you're between websites or in a quiet season.

Public /free-audit page

Anyone can run an audit on plyrium.com/free-audit without signing up. The PDF gets emailed to whoever submits the form. Each email is rate-limited to 1 audit per 24 hours. This page doubles as our cold-email lead magnet - share the URL, recipients get specific findings about their own business, no sales call required.

Re-audit cadence

Run the same URL every 30 days to see your score improve as you ship the fixes. The competitor benchmark gives you a moving target - gaps close as you publish more reviews and competitors stay flat.

What's NOT in the audit

We don't make outbound calls or fill out your forms - the audit is a STATIC analysis of your visible web presence. 'Lead response' is graded on what's visible (sticky CTA, after-hours hours posted, form confirmation copy), not on a live test call. That's a deliberate choice - calling contractors to test their phone tree at scale would be both expensive and rude.
